Pros

Good benefits, including generous sick time and PTO. Once you are salary, you are enrolled in a stock-based and monetary option benefits program. Positions are nation-wide and have a promote from within culture. Very rarely are outside applicants brought in for professional positions. Comp time is offered for salaried employees when they work more than 5 days per week. It wasn't uncommon for upper management to have 5-6 weeks of PTO following each peak season.

Cons

Demanding during peak season (end of August through early January), often sent to deliver packages. Team members who were salary were often working 6-7 days/work, averaging 12 hours/day, mainly during December.
