Pros

Team is the best part of it all. People you meet can make or break your day. Overall a straightforward job with clear expectations to be done.

Cons

KPIs are all over the place. One location will have higher expectations to cover for the region to meet goals. Expectations will increase if you meet KPIs to beyond the scope of possibility, which makes it impossible to enjoy the profit sharing bonus at the end of the year.
