Great pay for not having a degree, great vacation package, your coworkers become like family because you spend so much time together, skills you gain are priceless to other companies.

Cons

No control over your hours or movement, no overtime pay even though we work 12+ hours even off-peak, no regard for your health when attempting to call in sick

Good pay and incentive program. Able to work outdoors in different environments. Fast-paced job that never gets boring. Keeps you in shape.

Cons

Extremely high stress environment, very long hours and almost impossible expectations. Hostile environment with union workers who are over worked and difficult to work with. 6 day work weeks during peak season.
