Pros

Its a very face pace environment. You have to learn to think on your feet. Benefits are good but you will be definitely working for it. The job is a physical job also.

Cons

Preload morning hours sucks. It's can be very physical work.

Pros

Great job security and pay is ok. Can easily get promoted as long as you can pass the tests that are administered.

Cons

You will start off at the bottom and that is where the highly physical work is. Back breaking work but they make you well aware of it before you are hired. Sometimes politics come into play when going for a promotion.

Pros

The tuition reimbursement is very good as well as their benefits. You will learn great leadership skills as well as a good work ethic.

Cons

The communication from upper management and their clarity in their orders are very unclear. The fingers get pointed at the one who has the lowest seniority no matter who is to blame. It feels like you are in high school with the rumors and the BS you have to deal with. The union environment is almost impossible to work in and makes it even more impossible to fire or discipline the employees who need corrective action.
