Pros

Great pay. Great benefits. An even exchange for work and pay. Once your in, a lot of certainty of pay and retirement.

Cons

Hard work. Pressure for results. May have some long days. Be prepared to give up the month of December.

Pros

UPS was a great company to work for. Upper management allowed me to keep a flexible schedule, which enables me to work while attending school.

Cons

Sometimes dealing with the union employees (who were mostly delivery truck drivers) made my job difficult. In addition, some of the upper management were always stressed, which put strain on my job.

Pros

Fast paced work environment, never boring. Stable company with decent pay and benefits. Company name looks good on a resume'.

Cons

10+ hours work days. Union work environment. Little to no training for reassignments. Mgmt presents unrealistic goals. Minimal upper mgmt support - "just fix it" attitude. Supervisors earn less than the employees (drivers) they manage.
