Pros

Benefits through the Teamster's Union (for $50+ per month), minimal personal/time commitment, reasonable hourly pay rate, great replacement for a gym membership.

Cons

The job is not for older or out of shape people. The work conditions are extremes (Hot/Cold). Inside the trucks loading or unloading the temps are up to 20 degrees over/under ambient. It is dirty work. Supervisors treat you like an all purpose tool and will unapologetically overwork you to make the day's quota.

Good pay for a part time job. Some overtime opportunities were made available to newer staff which was nice

Cons

Very fast paced and may not be a long term job for someone with physical disabilities.
