It’s extremely hard to access these benefits. The schedule never has a routine start time. Which if you have no phone, you can’t get this information. Offering a commuter pass would make the job not require so many new hires. If my car breaks down it cost me $60 a day to get to and from work. That’s one days pay. I know Lyft offers a commute pass and ups is among the listed companies who use it. But after being told by HR on phone to ask my supervisor about this, my supervisor laughed in my face.
