The environment is clean and rules are strictly enforced because of the union

Cons

Dystopian things always exist in the workplaces of corporations. We were not allowed to sit and rest during downtime and cameras were always watching. That is, even during times where all we could do was wait on something else, they did not allow us to sit and take a breath despite having nothing else to do
