1. An insane amount of supervisors who all tell you different things. 2. The job description doesn't do justice for the work load. 35-75lbs my ass. More like 1oz to 150lbs. 3. Unethical

Great benefits (may vary based on your Unions contract), starting pay is low to start but after that first year you'll do fine. Good people to work with.

Cons

Managers can be thuggish in handing out discipline. Union dues. Seniority based advancement means a long wait for full-time work (I have been waiting 7+ years with no relief in sight). Unfair Production Standards.
