Pros

Great hours to allow a second part-time job and Great Benefits

Cons

Company will pay you about the same as a loader with 20 more tasks and responsibilities added to your title. Not appreciated. Very little room for growth. Very little hours offered

Pros

The benefits!!! The Union. They are very flexible with scheduling. Extremely easy job.

Cons

Depending on your position at UPS you may have some of these issues. Ups dropped the pay of its package handers by $3 in 2022. Despite making record profits. Super disorganized company. They make new rules just to only follow them for only 3 days. No HR Department, all online. They mess up your pay and hours worked. No uniformity. Hub managers make their own rules. Management also hires most all supervisors with no experience.
