      Good pay and fast progression, but challenging work conditions

      Pros

      Fast upward progression if you have drive. Work on your own all day and constantly out in public and in the world instead of an office. Only way I know to make $120,000-$160,000, not even including 100% free insurance for my family, without a degree.

      Cons

      Hot truck in summer - 130 degrees in front and 150ish in back of delivery truck. 340 safety methods to ALWAYS be aware of and actively using. Supervisors go out and secretly observe drivers to make sure they’re practicing all company methods.

      Pros

      They highly encourage furthering your education and offer tuition assistance. They also promote from within and have a great career track to follow that produces results.

      Cons

      An average of 14 plus hour days is the normal. So be prepared for that.
