Pros
With the position that I had, it was easy to get in a lot of hours if you are a reliable employee. They were really eager to work with the schedule that you had. The job itself was interesting because it was always changing and would keep you on your toes.
Cons
The work can be stressful as you often have to go to houses with unknown circumstances. IE dogs. This is not a job for you if you do not plan on walking much or are not in decent shape. It requires you to get in and out of a high truck hundreds of times a day, and lift heavy objects. If the weather is not good, too bad, you're going to be out in it.
