Pros

You're constantly moving in a fast-paced challenging environment. The majority of the people working there are friendly and helpful. They don't expect perfection, simply challenge you to do your best everyday. Opportunities to get more hours if you're looking for them and doing a good job, and UPS does a great job of promoting from within.

Cons

There are times you'll want to scream from being overwhelmed (though there are always people willing to help by the end of the day). Requires heavy lifting (I've noticeably put on some muscle in just 2 months working). Can be physically exhausting. 3rd shift and early am hours.
