Pros

Haven't received the benifits yet, but from what I hear they are great. The pay is good for how many hours I work. The earn and learn program is great because I keep what I make and not have to deplete my checking account for tuition.

Cons

It is very physical work. You will go home sore and more exhausted than you have been in your life. It gets insanely hot in the summer, and I work in the sort isle... For the ones in the trailers I feel absolute sympathy for them. The demands are insane but if you can survive you will be happy that there is still time in the day for you to enjoy yourself. The pay isn't great weekly but you must keep in mind that you only work about 18 hours a week. So, excellent for a college student, other situations, not sure.

The company is forever changining with new products and ideas. This gives the employees a chance to continue to learn and broaden their knowledge.

Cons

Sometimes challengining environment due to work with union. Expected to work at least 10 hour day in full time management.
