Good short-term, then either move up or out.

Pros

Well-run business. Good benefits and pay. Great short term work for those moving on to a career elsewhere, or long-term work for those capable of advancing to management.

Cons

Most positions are suitable for younger people. The line jobs are physical work, and workers are expected to perform like machines, which takes a toll on your body over the long-term. If you work there long-term and don't advance to management, your performance will decline with age, but you will be pressured to maintain time standards. So long term, best plan to move to a career elsewhere, unless you can advance to management or can successfully keep defending yourself from management pressure about time standards.

Pros

Great people in the company!

Cons

Hours are CRAZY long and tiring. It's a 24 hour company and management is expected to make up the difference when hourly people are sent home.
