Pros

The opportunity to get some stellar benefit packages and lots of mobility within the company. Got to work with some alright characters.

Cons

Lots of hours, started late/end late and low wage. Hadn't made so little since I have been 17. The opportunity for advancements start with equally undesirable work. Got to work with guys who complained too much when making 3.5x my wage.

Pros

It provides extra income around the Christmas holidays, but if you're over 40 years of age, regardless of how good of shape you are in, be prepared for pain and long physical recovery periods.

Cons

The pay is ridiculous for the amount of work and the physical strain it puts on your body combined with the unrealistic expectations of the delivery schedule.
