Pros

Great Benefits Very big on open-door policies with all management levels Monthly expense checks can be substantial Opportunities to further training Multiple corporate partner discounts

Cons

Extremely heavy on "busy work" (time inputting information into software systems) does not lend itself to achieving sales goals. Commission structure can be extremely difficult to achieve full compensation (confirmed through multiple colleagues) Rarely work less than 40 hours, yet paid only for 40.

Pros

The immense size of the company allows for a multitude of opportunities to challenge oneself, globally.

Cons

The same reasons its great, can be also a detriment to one who wants to work with a small group.
