Great pay and benefits! Hires within so there's always an opportunity to move up. Friendly people and great work atmosphere. Great work/life balance. Even the part-time opportunities are more than worth taking a look at!

Cons

A lot of positions require you to work in the elements....not so great in the winter and hot summer months. Other then that i cant think of anything.

Pros

The hiring process is very simple. If you have a clean background, you are in with no questions asked! Physically strong individuals will enjoy this job.

Cons

Your work hours are sporadic. The coordinator does not call you in to work everyday, which wasn't mentioned at all during orientation. You often do NOT get the same driver everyday, and some drivers do not offer you even a five minute bathroom break, which can be an issue if you take certain medications like diuretics for blood pressure. Coordinator does not communicate well at all. Issues with being issued a work uniform that is too tight and restrictive if you are a larger and more muscular person.
