great benefits and retirement plan. that kicks in after your first year.. raises every year for part timers, twice a year for full time drivers, paid vacation, a tuition program that helps pay up to 3,000 a year for school, sick days, keeps you feeling fit etc..

Cons

it's extremely hard for the first few months but you get used to it. it can get really hot during the summer time so you got to drink plenty of water.

working at ups will supply you with great benefits, an adjustable schedule, and help pay for school. the opportunities for advancement after being hired are up to yourself

Cons

very difficult work at times but nothing that cannot be overcome with simply hard work and dedication. you must want to work here and see the benefits that can come of it.
