Pros

What can I say? It's a paycheck and according to management we should all be thankful we have a job. Some of the best and brightest employees to work with, (too bad management doesn't care).

Cons

Every year the benefits get worse and worse and the job gets more and more stressful. In order to be successful at your job you have to be unethical and manipulate numbers. Managers act like they care about you but really only care about themselves. Would only recomend job if someone was desperate.

There seemed to be plenty of opportunities for advancement if you want to go into a management or supervisor slot.

Cons

Very high stress, everyone is very disrespectful towards each other, you get paid very little unless you have been there for more than ten years.
