Local level people are solid teams. The salary is extremely difficult to match, but you earn every penny.

Cons

Micro manage. Upper level management at 20,000 feet. Extremely long hours. No such thing as HOLIDAYS with your family. Too many internal measurements that create imbalance on procedures and unnecessary longer days for management.

Hard work. Constantly going. It can sometimes feel like you have a mountain to climb.
