Pros

tuition reimbursement, benefits, job security. It is raare that they actually fire management personnel at a company this size. Smaller companies will let you go, if you are not performing.

Cons

All about "equality." As a white male, it was as if I was getting discriminated against. Way to political at lower levels of management and all about filling quotas. These things are common at companies this size, hard to stand out for sure.
