Pros

Good top-rate pay after 4 years

Cons

The first few years can be challenging and you could be laid off for months without work due to less volume

Pros

Being hired as a seasonal Driver Helper is a great way to get your foot in the door at UPS if that's something your interested in. If you get hired on as full time employee, they have great benefits to match the pay as well.

Cons

Its a very physical job as you are on a tight schedule to get packages delivered during the busiest time of the year for the shipping and mailing industry. With that being said, you are pretty much on the go for you entire shift so you are not able to stand for a minimum of 5 hours straight then this is not a well suited job for you. Depending on the location you work out of, management could be a bit more organized and work on communication skills with not so much the people under them but more so with each other.
