Pros

-Good Pay ( Only because of Night Shift surcharges) -Short Shifts -Career Possibilities

Cons

Need to quit after a few Months if no long term damages want to be made. Obviously brings a abnormal Sleep Rythm because work ends at 3 am at the earliest.

Pros

New building, clean, friendly when you first arrive (don't be fooled by it), pays ok

Cons

Stressful, no CPD, multiple system failures, very poor health and safety management, full of backstabbers, snakes, gossips and extremely bitter people.
