Great benefits, nice people, and good managers

It's very tough work. You are expected to load the trucks quickly and accurately to how the drivers like it. And some drivers are very particular. Large packages come down and you're expected to get them on the truck yourself, even though you're told that the ones over 140 pounds should be lifted by 2 people, that often wasn't the case. And sometimes there would be many heavy packages on one truck. And you're loading 3 trucks at the same time per person usually, so that is a lot of times a lot of heavy packages.
