I got lucky and I was placed into overgoods. I was able to balance school while working 20 hrs a week. The insurance was fantastic and helped cut down so many bills.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations while trying to force out work. Sometimes management was well, management lol

Good as fitness. You can choose what do you want to do (probably).

Cons

They promised work for 3.5 hours daily, but this is rare case, maybe on Monday only or at least on early stage when there is not so much parcels. Usually we had 2-2.40 h. So, weekly salary in may case was $233 and because I live in Pahoa, it was totally not profitable for me. Also now there is too much trainings not related to current job or location. Previous time it was shorter.
