Pros

The work environment at UPS is amazing, filled with friendly and helpful colleagues. This job role is easy to learn and will improve your customer service skills. Overtime pay is good too.

Cons

Driver helpers cannot work during the weekend which can be difficult for people who are busy from Monday to Friday, such as students, Also, the coordinator may send you to work where the commute is long, however if it is obnoxiously far, you can discuss it with the coordinator and change it.

Good money. Easy but can be physical
