Coworkers are chill. Pay and benifits are supposed to be good

Cons

Management seems to just exist. Haven't received a paycheck and am halfway into my third week. Belts keep breaking down and packages pile up while you're left with nowhere to put them. benefits don't start until MUCH later in the job.
