great benefits, decent pension if you can stick it out, some opportunity to advance into management if you want to

very hard work, the harder you work the more work they give you, low hrly pay, no full time positions

Hard to get fired from (unless you are completely stupid). full health benefits after a year and $15k tuition money for school.

Cons

only guaranteed 3.5 hrs a shift for part timers. Mgmt can be very incompetent and may hire some people who are not suited for the job at ALL!!!

Cons

Everyone wants you to become a part time supervisor... I am not so sure about this route...
