Seriously, my main reason for staying is the benefits. Great dental, vision, and medical all while working part time. There are great opportunities within the company if that's what you're looking for.

Cons

At times it is unbearably hot or so cold you are afraid you may get frostbite. Management is more occupied with meeting their numbers and ignore the employees.
