Great for staying and shape, it's peaceful work with your phone and earbuds when you're left to your devices and duties. The insurance is amazing.

Cons

Completely depends on your peers and immediate management for your quality of life. If you have a weak supervisor looking to appease his superior along with a disgruntled employee looking to throw their seniority weight around you could be forced doing absolute slavery.
