Pros

Leadership experience; Pretty good opportunities for promotion; travel options are good, but the grass is rarely 'greener' on the other side of the fence- the issues are nearly identical at every duty station.

Cons

There are many political things that go on in the Air Force, since there is so much done for image sake. That is the most frustrating of all.

A great multi-unit base...very mission oriented...the facilities are great and the local community support is wonderful. A great middle Georgia base.

Cons

Challenge to support many units...lots of shared services. Facilities can be a challenge with so many mission oriented units.
