      SENSE OF COMMUNITY and fraternity, Fantastic and deliberate Professional Development, competitive salary, outstanding medical and paid vacation benefits, peripheral benefits--such as recreation and activities, tours, educational opportunities and benefits etc.

      Cons

      Irregular work hours and long trips away from home. Frequent travel to unpleasant locations, continuously changing and expanding computer-based training requirements, frequently the test-bed for social change.

      Pros

      The sense of adventure, education and career advancement programs, tuition coverage, extensive training in your area of expertise, no need to pick out clothes for work each day, etc.

      Cons

      You have to commit, there isn't really an opportunity to simply quit unless there is downsizing or force shaping. You have to be willing to put up with the negatives and think long term for the big picture.

      Pros

      Good job, great benefits. Your expirence will depend entirely on your job. Some people are good some are not that great. Think twice before singing a six year. You do get get medical benefits but as they contract they services it becomes a more complex system to navigate

      Cons

      Do not think everything is sunshine! The USAF going trough a culture change. Promotion system is still working kinks out. Some jobs work more than others and get paid the same exact salaries. This branch is run more like a corporation than a military unit
