It's a pretty structured work environment and your paid pretty well. You work as a team and everyone has your back

Cons

Schedule can be frustrating at times depending on the leadership they can give you a hard time. Your heels to a higher standard at times and depending on where you're at the job can be brutal at times.

Best people, good culture, valuable benefits. Sometimes the work is interesting. It's extremely stable, if you don't count the part where you can deploy somewhere random.

Cons

You do what you're told when you're told to do it. The AF is pretty cool about it, but at the end of the day there's a lot of options you don't get to even think about.
