      + Health + Dental (as long as they aren't in a residency) + Vision + Salary

      Cons

      - It's the Army (should have gone, Air Force) - Fast track individual to leadership positions who may be incompetent. - "You get paid to follow commands, not think" a quote I've overheard plenty of times. - There's only one way to do things, and that's at your superiors discretion. - Rules are up to interpretation, again, at your superiors discretion.
