slow upward mobility five year international rule, which puts both the employee and the employer in near constant flux. Even if the worker is a subject area expert, the worker may only stay five years.

Pros

My work schedule was amazing. Typically 0700-1600. Frequent three day and four day weekends. A lot of opportunities to travel Europe. Location is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes you work with individuals that are no excited about living in another country. Their negativity can sometimes be draining.
