Pros

The Navy gives you an opportunity to make your life better and achieve as many goals as you would like. You have an opportunity to work in a diversity work force and learn to how to become a great leader in society.

Cons

The Navy is losing of good quality people because of the downsizing process. I would like to give you an example of good quality people being able to their job and cannot stay in because there are no billets available. The alternative is to do another job as a secretary when the person is much better being a mechanic. The Navy is losing valuable assets.
