Horrible place to work

Business Outlook

Pros

Bonus and salary (if you're lucky)

Cons

Mobbing, nepotism, unfair performance reviews, unreasonable expectations on employees (like working 12 hours a day and never go on paid leave.. or any leave really), no salary range for any role (you could easily find leads who earn less than people on the graduate program), horrible office appliances (old chair, fixed desks, budget PCs). The place is a shark tank, be ready to bite

Big environment, few opportunities

Pros

Technology division of a major european bank, big place with dozens of interesting projects. Some good managers, mainly who come from a previous experience in consulting, whom have lots of skills to take as an example. It's an international environment, you have opportunities to work with colleagues from German, Austria and East Europe.

Cons

It's not a Tech Company, not suppose to go to work for an innovator or a pioneer! Full of manager without managerial skills! Not easy to work with foreigners colleagues, you need to understand different working approaches.
