      Pros

      - Some really nice and capable people - Lots of opportunities inside the company - Possibility of secondment based on the area you work in - Decent investment in employee development but it depends on the department you work in

      Cons

      - HR. Not all of them but the majority think they are some demigods and will treat you like scum. Had the pleasure of knowing some cool people in HR but also some totally bad ones. - Too much bureaucracy.

      - Very good learning curve thanks to a solid 3-week modeling training at the beginning of the program - Opportunities to complete two rotations in two different countries as part of the graduate program - Good client exposure and empowerment for an analyst position

      Cons

      - Salary & benefit gaps exist between the different Graduates, depending on their core team & country
