      Great chances of learning, very good relation with colleagues. Good compensation, good work/famiy balance

      You end up doing the same things for years. No real career growth possible

      Pros

      Autonomy and innovation. In same departments there are real global environment. Quite good benefits but not yet comparable with other European banks.

      Cons

      There are too many cobs as: Meritocracy and carrier path. Poor top management vision. Needs to refresh a lot of management.
