Pros

Very good salaries and benefits

Cons

I agree with the other reviews -- if you went to grad school or have any creativity, innovation or just the least bit sense of pride in accomplishing anything, then this is not the place for you. There is little to no accountability, abuse of staff and a dictatorship vibe (do as you are told and be happy to be here).

Pros

Great workplace and environment and work stability

Cons

Job advancement is subject to really competitive examinations. Advancement by seniority is slow and not guaranteed.
