Pros

The organization provides the best benefits for its employees such as annual leave, paid sick leave, educational grant, etc.

Cons

You always have to cover for an unreplaced post (recruitment timelines are forever - 3 months at a minimum).

Pros

Great benefits package and generally speaking, the people are awesome to work with. Easy to access by public transportation and not hampered by a lot of traffic unless it's General Assembly season.

Cons

The rules are too rigid and do nothing to help career advancement. In an organization that is supposed to value communication and diversity of ideas, it's pretty monotonous and not a lot of opportunities for creative people like designers or content creators. Those that hold these positions are stuck in the ways things were done when they joined the organization.
