Pros

Working within the world community. Good pay, benefits. Steady, secure employment. Training opportunities.

Cons

Outdated structures, bureaucracy, difficulty in advancing. Nepotism and favoritism at the higher levels, lack of support from Human Resources at the lower levels.

Pros

The overall experience was good. I could attend a lot of meetings and get to know interns from all over the world.

Cons

I was not given a lot of guidance and exposed to a lot of projects. The overall experience was good.

Pros

Good benefits, vacation days, some flexibility with days off, international community

Cons

Very rigid, little room to grow, biased, very big difference between support staff and so-called professionals, which only exists in this company and not anywhere else
