Pros

Get the chance to work with the best people in a multicultural environment. The salaries are very competitive, and the job prospects as well.

Cons

A lot of bureaucracy. The hiring process is lengthy and can take months. Contracts are mostly project-based and so often your contract is for 1 year max.
