Pros

Good benefits and compensation package. Level of exposure to national administrations and other public sector entities. Ambition of goals and mandates.

Cons

Management capacities very limited. Cumbersome and unpractical bureaucracy. Level of responsibilities assigned to junior staff is very low despite the high requirements to join the organization. Pseudo-academic environment with few or little opportunities to professional development as there is a high level of externalization of services.
