Personally, with the unwavering support of my leader and the entire marketing team, I was able to quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of the product and industry despite being new to it. The team comprises individuals with creative, strategic, and growth mindsets, striving to achieve set goals. (We do have fun from time to time and organise activities that keep up the morale)
