Tech stack only and big office

Now, not even the food is good, forget about the culture and values that an organization pertains to keep heir employees. They only hire you by offering higher salaries and then ruin your self esteem along with your career to the best of their abilities. Every post that says HRM is pathetic is true. Very single sentence that says they operate on favoritism is also true. No strategy, they only follow hire and fire. No body feels secure with their jobs whether you spend one year or you are a new employee. Forget about the job satisfaction which is at bay from day one. HRM plays the dictator rule and rest have to follow else you will be kicked out.

1. Micromanagement at its peak here. 2. Hire and fire policy. 3. No WFH, No hybrid only 5 days working. 4. They are expect you to work for 9 hours, however indian labour law says 8 hours. They justify it by saying as we provide lunch so will add 1 hour extra in work hours. 5. Management is totally run by russian people, lead level Indians are given junior/middle/senior positions but not lead level positions. 6. Very strict probation period if failed then your are fired. 7. Strict office timings as russians are very strict. 8. No employee training and upskill program. 9. No employee carrier path plan (how an employee can grow to other profiles) 10. No on-site opportunities. 11. Leaves rejection anytime.

There's a glaring absence of any clear strategy for the company's future, leaving everyone feeling adrift in the ever-evolving landscape of Fintech. Software engineers, despite their expertise, are treated as expendable, akin to daily wage laborers. Although the company boasts about its top HR management in Gurgaon, grievances from employees are often disregarded, contributing to a toxic work environment. Attempts to seek clarification or address concerns are met with hostility and harassment, contradicting the promised heavenly workplace experience. There's a noticeable lack of on-the-job training, leaving employees to fend for themselves. Additionally, top management's behavior towards staff is dehumanizing, with frequent instances of yelling and disrespect. Appraisals further exacerbate morale issues, with big rewards reserved for those who curry favor, while hardworking individuals receive minimal recognition. The company's facilities, including the washrooms, are often dirty, adding to the overall unpleasantness of the work environment. Overall, the company fosters a negative and demoralizing atmosphere that significantly impacts employee well-being and satisfaction.
