Hired huge numner of sales reps with nor suppourt on job speciufic training. No one was able to get anywhere close to quota. Leadership was non existence. One day we get an all hands zoom meeting with 15 minutes notice put on our calendar. 130+ people let go with zero notice. Severance offered was semi fair, then they redact it immediately and offer a significant less amount. Please make this right Upwork,

Literal DUMPSTER FIRE! Compensation is way too low. But if you want to go back to being a 25 yr old SDR and make 250 dials/emails a week by all means this job is for you. The processes are terrible. They will tell you amazing numbers in the interview process...it's all a lie. 6 people hit quota in 2022. 4 of those people have recently left the organization. Their outlook is terrible...Oh and they just sent sevy agreements out to the 137 people they laid off last week and just rescinded them. The change: lowered the severance amount by $5k! Literally a bunch of idiots.
