      Work flexibility including ability to work remote. Good salary, benefits, stock, 401K.

      Cons

      The company seems to have lost its way. We used to focus and embrace the great mission of connecting clients and amazing talent to make the world work. Now it seems to be all about the $$. New leadership is pedaling vision which is focused on making $$, nothing else seems to matter. In addition to that, there is a "my way or highway" mentality from leadership, extremely dis-engaging.

      Good to go and it's very profiessional and very good to work and I am really enjoying the work with Upwork and all the stuff
