      worked remotely growing company company's mission there are some good managers who are truthful

      Cons

      a lot of managers covering their "assets" at the expense of employees unfair treatment when you complain poor training of front line managers a lot of turnover in customer support bad policies that get blamed on employees

      Pros

      Timely salary release. But the HR department is seriously lagging. They just concentrate on PR department so the company's image is maintained.

      Cons

      Upper management abuses their power and treats employees like trash.
